WELCOME

My name is Melissa! I am a healer, I am mother, I am a neurodivergent being living here on Earth.

I am Registered as a Social Worker (Master's lvl) and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner.  I seem to connect with other neurodivergent beings in need of a little soul recharging. Folx who know they have brightness under the heavy weight of living and navigating dynamics.  I work with folx who have experienced abuse and neglect in their childhoods, and those who have experienced traumatic experiences in this lifetime or lifetimes past.  I support folx who want to know themselves better through reflective practice, and who want to make positive changes in their patterns and ways to be able to experience life more fully.  

My role is to hear and see you, to listen with compassion, honour your individual path, and support you through some of your healing on Mother Earth.

 My purpose is to support my community in healing, in reclaiming pieces of the self, and supporting you to become you. So that we may shine our brightest in a world in need of our magik.

I practice from a feminist lens, honour harm reduction, respect plant medicine and hold the self as priority. I am a spiritual light worker and believe in Universal healing through love through connection. Healing with me should be gentle and caring.   We will be sprinkling in elements of play and magik to support your inner child who will also be with us.

I am flexible in my space and am able to honour your body and needs as you experience them. We are a sensory sensitive and respectful space, please feel safe to move as your body needs, bring support items, wear comfortable clothing. <3
